Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition

The Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from requisition to offer stage. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and facilitating onboarding in alignment with organizational policies and UAE labor laws. The role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to ensure hiring needs are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.
To execute effective end-to-end recruitment activities for clinical and non-clinical positions, ensuring the timely onboarding of qualified talent that aligns with the organization’s workforce planning strategy and regulatory requirements.
