Service and New Installation Solutions

Location: Warsaw or surrounding area, Poland
 

What You Will Do

As a Hybrid Sales Representative, you will support the growth of our Service and New Installation business in Poland. This role combines customer relationship management, technical sales, business development and cooperation with local and international stakeholders.

You will initially focus on learning our Service business, solutions and commercial processes. As your knowledge and experience develop, you will gradually take responsibility for identifying new opportunities, supporting customer quotations and growing our New Installation business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience and a technical mindset who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and working across different teams.

How You Will Do It

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors and business partners in Poland.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the Service and New Installation business.
• Support the preparation of quotations and commercial proposals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop knowledge of the Polish customer, contractor and construction market.
• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Support selected Global Account activities and communication between local teams and international stakeholders.
• Cooperate closely with the Service, New Installation and Global Account teams.
• Work with technical and operational colleagues to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate information on customer activity, opportunities and commercial progress in the relevant company systems.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits and business-development activities across Poland.
• Contribute to sales targets and the broader growth strategy for the Polish market.
• Follow company processes, commercial standards and compliance requirements.

What We Look For

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Technical understanding or technical educational background.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products, services or solutions.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English, required for cooperation with international stakeholders and Global Account teams.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of technical systems and solutions.
• Availability to travel within Poland.
• Ability to attend the Warsaw office when required, particularly during onboarding, training and team meetings.
• Ability to work effectively within established corporate processes and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, solution sales or project-based sales.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Building Management Systems,
  • building controls or automation,
  • access control,
  • security systems,
  • technical services,
  • system installation,
  • building technologies.
• Experience working with contractors, construction companies or technical business partners.
• Experience developing new customers or entering new market segments.
• Knowledge of the Polish technical services, installation or construction market.
• Experience working with Global Accounts or international customers.
• Existing professional relationships within the contractor or construction market.
• Driving licence valid in Poland.

The initial basic salary for this position is in the range of 11 600 pln do 15 000 pln per month. In addition to base pay, this role participates in a sales incentive plan which can significantly increase your overall earnings.
