Overview

Location: Zaventem, Belgium
Duration: 6-month full-time paid internship
Start Date: January 2027

Come build community, explore your passions and do your best work at Microsoft with thousands of University interns from every corner of the world. This opportunity will allow you to bring your aspirations, talent, potential and excitement for the journey ahead.

As a Copilot & AI Solution Engineer Intern, you will help customers explore how Microsoft Copilot and emerging agentic AI experiences can support their business needs and transform the way they work.

With coaching and support from the team, you will engage with customers, understand their business challenges and use cases, and develop your expertise in Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered solutions and agents. You will have the opportunity to shadow customer conversations, contribute to demonstrations and presentations, and help translate customer needs into relevant AI scenarios and solutions.

This role is particularly suited to someone who is curious about AI and its business applications, enjoys engaging with people and is motivated to build strong expertise in Copilot and agentic AI technologies. You don't need to be a deeply technical profile. We are looking for someone eager to learn, experiment and invest in developing their Copilot and AI knowledge throughout the internship.

At Microsoft, interns work on real-world projects in collaboration with teams across the world, while having fun along the way. You’ll be empowered to build community, explore your passions and achieve your goals. This is your chance to bring your ideas to life while developing expertise in one of Microsoft’s fastest-evolving technology areas.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realise our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
