LACC/Fragrance MKT & Merchandising Specialist

1. Coordinate local marketing strategy & Novelty launch
- Provide strong assistance in developing and executing LACC./Fragrance MKT strategy through local market analysis.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders at both local and central levels to ensure full alignment and engagement in the development of comprehensive 360 launch action plans.
- Assist for sales forecast of annual novelty sales potential by product & networks. (twice per year)
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely launch execution and Prepare launch alerts by translating and localizing ‘Novelty product news’
2. Merchandising & Product
- Product cycle management (Carryover & Novelty) related to Leather, Accessories, Eyewear & Fragranc
- Execute Merchandising assortment plan by product & networks.
- Set up Sales KPI by categories & boutiques.
- Update annual product mapping book and distribute relevant materials & information to boutiques.
- Support novelty product training and seminar (twice per year)
3. Sales analysis & reporting
- Monitor strategic categories sales and share progress analysis regularly with the management for further optimization.
- Collaborate with SCM on sales forecast & stock by boutiques for optimized sales result.
- Design relevant reporting dashboards leveraging the latest technologies (Power BI, Google Looker, etc.)
- Support internal reporting, including activation recaps and event summaries, to track KPIs and performance
4. Execute market analysis & share market insights
- Monitor closely competitors’ marketing activities, make insight reports, and share them with all relevant teams in local & central to reposition Cartier’s Leather, Accessories & Fragrance
- Provides price positioning survey
- Support HQ call and market visit in regular terms for qualitative sharing with relevant teams and anticipate actions if necessary

KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2~5 years of experience in Merchandising or Supply chain
- Experience with global luxury brands is a strong advantage
- Fluent in both Korean & English/ French a plus
- High competency in MS office use: Excel, PowerPoint
- University graduate
