As a Process Engineer, based on-site at the factory in Łódź you will be responsible for optimizing, monitoring, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. In this role, you will apply Lean Manufacturing principles, support production teams in solving process-related challenges, and contribute to the successful implementation of new products and manufacturing technologies.
