Mayo Clinic is seeking Master's-prepared Clinical Nurse Specialists to practice at the top of their license across diverse specialty areas. CNS professionals' partner with nursing leadership to drive evidence-based practice, improve patient outcomes, and elevate clinical standards across the organization.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) works collaboratively to improve the quality of patient care and promote desired patient outcomes in a designated population/specialty practice. The CNS functions as a leader within the three spheres of influence (Patient/Client, Nurses and Nursing Practice, Organization/System), and is an active participant in the nursing leadership team.
