About Lilly

At Lilly, we unite caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world. We are a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, and in Mexico we have been making medicines since 1908. Driven by our enduring values of Integrity, Excellence, and Respect for People, we put people first — in our labs, in our communities, and in our workplaces.

The Opportunity

Neuroscience is one of Lilly’s most enduring scientific commitments, and Alzheimer’s disease is among the fastest-moving fields in medicine — moving from symptomatic management toward biologically confirmed diagnosis, earlier detection, and intervention in the early symptomatic stages of disease. As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will be a credible, field-based scientific partner: translating complex evidence into clinical practice, building trust-based relationships with healthcare experts, and generating the insights that shape Lilly’s medical strategy in México — in a therapeutic area where the diagnostic pathway itself must be strengthened alongside the science.

How You Will Grow

Lilly Mexico is deeply committed to developing its people: 90% of leadership positions are filled by colleagues whose careers have been developed internally, and 44% of these leaders are Latin American talent. As an MSL you will have structured development pathways across Medical Affairs, access to Lilly’s global scientific networks, and exposure to one of the industry’s most sustained research commitments in neurodegeneration.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

We believe every person should feel welcomed, valued, and heard. Our Employee Resource Groups — including OLA (Organization of Latinx at Lilly) and WILL (Women’s Initiative for Leading at Lilly) — reflect our commitment to building a team as diverse as the patients we serve. Lilly is an equal-opportunity employer.
