Job Purpose: The Head Ingot & Wafer Technology leads strategic development and optimization of ingot and wafer manufacturing processes, including advanced techniques like Czochralski and float-zone methods. This role involves overseeing departmental leadership, ensuring stringent quality control, and integrating technological advancements. The Head manages resources, budgets, and delivers high-level technical reporting, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
The Head of Technology / CTO in the solar industry shapes and executes the strategic vision for the Technology Department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role oversees R&D across solar technologies, drives innovation, and manages budgets and resources effectively. By fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring compliance with industry standards, the Head promotes continuous improvement and transparency, enhancing the company’s technological capabilities and market competitiveness.
