Maintenance Manager - Electrician

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development,
performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance
objectives for assigned department.
· Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the
most effective use of resources and equipment.

· Manage budget and expenditures.
· Oversee emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and

scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

· Determine, monitor and measure department KPI’s.
· Oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of

production machines.

· Responsible for all repairs and maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
· Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
· Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Maintain the facility and the production equipment in a safe and operating condition by delegating work assignments to the maintenance technicians. Manage the routine maintenance and oversee emergency unplanned repairs on all electrical and mechanical equipment on the premises. Manage the processes required to carry out cleaning and general maintenance responsibilities, including, but not limited to: major machine repairs and equipment inspections. not limited to: major machine repairs and equipment inspections
