Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join the Power & Thermal Management Division in Canonsburg, PA. This Human Resources Generalist position provides day-to-day HR support to hourly production employees and front-line leaders in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role serves as an accessible first point of contact for HR-related questions, supports employee relations, onboarding, policy administration, attendance/timekeeping matters, and HR processes, while partnering closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent and compliant HR support for local operations.
