หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก (Main Responsibilities):

• ดำเนินกระบวนการจัดซื้อ: ทำ RFQ, สรุปราคา และสร้างใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) ในหมวดหมู่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• ดำเนินการธุรกรรมในกระบวนการ P2P (Procure-to-Pay)

• เจรจาต่อรองให้ได้เงื่อนไขราคาและประโยชน์สูงที่สุดกับบริษัท

• จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order: PO) ตามราคาที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสินค้าถูกส่งมอบตรงตามกำหนดเวลาและความต้องการของบริษัท

• ค้นหาและพัฒนาผู้ขายรายใหม่ รวมถึงจัดทำการเปรียบเทียบราคาและเงื่อนไขการจัดซื้อ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุน

• งานบริหารและจัดการงานด้านสัญญา

• ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดซื้อให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

• ระบบคุณภาพ (System Quality): ปฏิบัติตามระบบมาตรฐาน BRC-CP,ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, GMP Cosmetics, GMP HAZARDOUS, HALAL

• ปฏิบัติงานตามกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัทและกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับและนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัด

ควบคุมดูแลการดำเนินงานที่เกิดขึ้นในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบให้เกิดผลกระทบกับสิ่งแวดล้อมน้อยที่สุด

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications):

• ประสบการณ์ทำงานในงานจัดซื้อ/จัดหา

• มีความต้องการอยากเรียนรู้ รวมถึงต้องการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาตนเองและองค์กรอยู่เสมอ

• มีความอดทน และ ปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในด้านต่างๆ รวมถึงมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก (Can-do Attitude) และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี

• มีความสามารถเรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว และ มีความเข้าใจเรื่องการสื่อสารและรับสารรวมถึงแปลความได้ดี

• สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ดี

• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง (Negotiation skills)

• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี

การศึกษา(Education):  ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์ (Experience): มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อ (Procurement/Purchasing) อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
