Are you passionate about financial analysis, cost optimization, and transforming data into strategic business insights? We are looking for a Cost Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial and operational performance of our manufacturing plant. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial information to support business decision-making. 
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports. 
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze cost centers, production variances, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). 
• Assist with month-end financial close activities. 
• Partner with Operations and Engineering teams on cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives. 
• Support CAPEX analysis, investment tracking, and asset capitalization activities. 
• Monitor business KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control requirements. 

Qualifications

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• ✔ Experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or related areas.
• ✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.
• ✔ Knowledge of costing methodologies and manufacturing cost analysis.
• ✔ Experience with SAP (desible) and financial reporting/data analytics tools.
• ✔ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• ✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ✔ Intermediate English is required.
