The Senior Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical liaison for external banks, PTFs, and buy‑side clients, driving the design, implementation, and support of Cantor Fitzgerald’s proprietary binary and FIX APIs across multiple regions. Working closely with sales, product specialists, and internal development teams, you will manage pre‑sales scoping, post‑sales rollout, and ongoing technical enhancements, ensuring seamless e‑trading and straight‑through processing integrations while acting as the escalation point for complex client issues.
