- Perform in-process control tests, container loading, and packaging tests
- Coordinate with production and QA for sampling and release processes
- Conduct microbiological sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Collect and test samples of raw materials, in-process, and finished products per SOPs
- Conduct routine checks on production lines for specification compliance
- Record test results and deviations clearly and accurately
- Follow all GMP, GDP, and safety protocols
- Report OOS results or quality issues to the QC Supervisor immediately
- Examine products to ensure conformance with required standards
- Identify defects/errors, determine root causes, and CA&PA.
- Isolate and clearly label defective products.
Follow-up the implementation of the company Quality control systems by applying IMS standards and to assure effective implementation of the company systems requirements. The job holder is expected to show initiative to maintain the quality control systems.
