The Analyst – Strategy will work within the Transformation department to provide analytical support for key projects and strategic initiatives. The role involves researching industry trends, benchmarking performance, and evaluating business processes to generate actionable insights. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to help drive value creation and ensure alignment with the overall transformation and strategic goals of the organization.

To support the strategic transformation efforts of the healthcare organization by conducting data-driven analyses, preparing reports, and contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that improve organizational performance, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
