Cosmetics Manager
We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Cosmetics Manager to lead our beauty department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing a high-performing team, building customer loyalty, and ensuring world-class execution of cosmetic brand standards. Responsibilities
Drive sales, turnover, and profitability to achieve departmental targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing cosmetics team.
Recruit, coach, and manage staff through performance management and ongoing development.
Deliver exceptional customer service and beauty consultations to enhance the customer experience.
Build strong customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory controls to minimize shrinkage.
Execute cosmetic brand standards, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
Partner with cosmetic brand representatives to maximize sales opportunities and product knowledge.
Monitor beauty trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Control expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
Cosmetics, Beauty Retail, or related industry experience is essential.
Minimum 3 years' management experience within a cosmetics or beauty retail environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving retail performance.
