Digital Marketing Expert

The Digital Marketing Expert will play a key role in driving ZainTECH’s digital growth across the Middle East, combining creativity, technology, data and commercial thinking to build high-impact B2B campaigns. The role will own ZainTECH’s digital ecosystem across social media, website, paid media, SEO, email, automation and emerging channels, with a clear focus on turning digital engagement into qualified demand, pipeline and revenue.
Working closely with Sales, GTM, Product, Brand, RevOps and agency partners, the role will shape compelling digital experiences, optimize performance and continuously improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion. This is an opportunity to play a key role in strengthening ZainTECH’s digital presence while leveraging AI, analytics and emerging technologies to create smarter, more personalized and measurable marketing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute integrated B2B digital marketing strategies aligned with ZainTECH’s business and growth objectives.
- Drive the digital customer journey from reach and engagement through MQL, SQL, opportunity and revenue.
- Identify new digital growth opportunities across channels, audiences and markets.
- Translate business priorities into measurable digital campaigns and initiatives.
Social Media Management
- Own and manage ZainTECH’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Meta and other relevant platforms.
- Develop channel strategies, content plans, campaign calendars and audience strategies.
- Optimise content, creative, targeting and engagement based on performance insights.
- Monitor emerging digital trends and identify opportunities to strengthen ZainTECH’s digital presence.
Website & Digital Experience
- Own the ZainTECH website, ensuring strong user experience, performance, optimisation and conversion.
- Continuously improve landing pages, website journeys, calls-to-action and conversion paths.
- Use analytics and user behaviour insights to identify and address areas of friction.
- Drive SEO and AEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and discoverability.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure website content and functionality support business objectives.
Integrated Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across social media, email, paid media and emerging digital channels.
- Develop campaigns that generate awareness, engagement and qualified demand.
- Optimise audiences, creative, media, landing pages and budgets to improve campaign performance.
- Test and refine messaging, formats, channels and customer journeys to maximise conversion.
Marketing Automation & Lead Management
- Build and manage marketing automation, nurture and lifecycle programmes using HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Develop lead-scoring, segmentation and nurturing workflows to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Strengthen the handover and alignment between Marketing and Sales throughout the customer journey.
- Implement effective tracking and attribution to understand campaign and channel contribution to pipeline and revenue.
AI & Digital Innovation
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance marketing research, personalisation, content, optimisation and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing, search, technology and customer engagement trends.
- Test and adopt relevant tools and approaches that can improve digital performance and customer experience.

Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, ICT, telecom, cloud or cybersecurity; agency experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record of generating qualified demand and contributing to pipeline, opportunities and revenue through digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and GA4.
- Strong knowledge of digital acquisition, paid media, SEO, AEO, conversion optimisation, social media and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, attribution and data-driven campaign optimisation.
- Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with ABM, AI-enabled marketing, Adobe platforms and international/regional markets is an added advantage.
