Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive - Corporate & Government to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate and government clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling and solution-based approaches. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence within the corporate and government sectors while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Analyze client requirements and customize solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential and market penetration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information using CRM systems
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contract documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Represent the organization professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success in corporate and/or government sectors
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and corporate buying cycles
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Advanced presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales approaches
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Knowledge of the UAE business environment and regional market dynamics (preferred)
- Experience with contract negotiation and complex sales cycles (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
