Job Description
Performance Marketing & Data Analysis (50%)
Own Reporting & Insight Generation: This is how we know if growth is actually happening, and why. Query, process, and consolidate marketing data from multiple sources into dashboards the team can trust at a glance – then go one step further and flag what's actually worth acting on, before anyone asks.
Drive Campaign Performance: Take ownership of monitoring and optimizing performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads – investigate what's driving results, propose fixes for what's underperforming, and follow up until the fix lands. Set up and launch ad campaigns end to end, from targeting to go-live.
Lifecycle Marketing & Automation (30%)
Own a CRM Lifecycle Track: The channel that keeps users coming back after the first click. Propose, build, and run lifecycle campaigns across push notification, email, Zalo ZNS, etc. via our CRM/automation stack – onboarding, product education, promotions, lead nurturing – and own the results, not just the send.
Build Marketing Automation: Design and build automation flows (triggers, sequences, segmentation) in Onflow to lift engagement and conversion without manual send-by-send effort. Apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks across reporting, campaign setup, and content drafting, so your time goes to investigation, not admin.
Growth Exploration & Cross-functional Collaboration (20%)
Propose New Growth Bets: Growth doesn't happen in a silo, and it doesn't wait for a brief. Actively research new communities, platforms, and emerging channels, and come to the team with a proposal, not just a list of options.
Drive Cross-functional Follow-through: Coordinate with Design and Brand teams to get marketing materials produced on time and on-brief. Work cross-functionally with Product and Data – surfacing what you see in the numbers, pulling in support when a campaign needs technical input, and following up until it's resolved, not just handed off
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Academic Background: Currently a student in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
Proven Ownership: Real, hands-on experience owning a small project end to end – a growth experiment, a small ad budget, an email/CRM flow, a community you grew, or a personal/academic project you drove from idea to result. Bring your portfolio or case study; what matters is that you drove it, not that someone assigned it to you.
Data & Analytical Thinking: Comfortable writing basic SQL queries to pull your own data instead of waiting on the Data team, plus strong analytical thinking – you instinctively question a headline number instead of taking it at face value. Prior hands-on experience with at least one CRM or marketing automation tool is required.
Growth Curiosity, With Teeth: You don't just see "leads up 80%," you check the conversion rate before celebrating. When a metric moves, you form a hypothesis for why, and you go find the data to prove or kill it – you don't wait for someone to hand you the explanation.
Ownership & Communication: You can juggle multiple small workstreams without dropping the ball, you follow up on your own open items without being reminded, and you communicate clearly in English across teams.
AI as an Advantage: Not required, but a strong plus – prior experience with or genuine curiosity about applying AI to growth marketing (automating reporting, querying data faster, building campaign/automation workflows) will stand out.
BENEFITS
Hands-on experience with real impact: Learn the A-to-Z of how a massive platform runs marketing across four brands at once.
Creative freedom with support: Own your ideas and get feedback from experienced mentors across brand, growth, and design.
A dynamic learning environment: Work across the full brand stack, from strategy and content to media, research, and product, not just one lane.
Strong mentorship: Close guidance from our Brand Performance Specialist, Brand Content/Creative Specialist, and cross-functional teammates to sharpen both your craft and your data instincts.
Fast personal growth: Learn to balance creativity with data, storytelling with performance, and big ideas with execution.
A work culture built on FRUIT values: Fast Growth, Responsibility, User-first, Integrity, and Team. We live by these, not just print them on a wall.
A comfy, modern office setup: Where collaboration and creativity thrive in a relaxed atmosphere (and yes, we laugh a lot).
