1. Responsible for the overall operation and administration of Appl Program

2. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are complete timely

3. Plan and organize to meet customer requirement / satisfaction continually.

4. Ensure all reports / data are submitted timely and accurately.

5.General housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are to up to Performance standard.

6. Arrange the movement of staff in each activity, if required

7. Ensure 100% inventory accuracy in the Hub.

8. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

9. Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the superior

Requirements

Manage day-to-day operations of the Apple Asia Distribution Centre.
Manage and ensure adequate supply of packaging materials required for operations.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain general housekeeping, safety standards, and warehouse equipment in line with performance and compliance requirements.
Ensure on-time order fulfilment and deliveries to customers.
Coordinate with Airfreight partners on outbound shipment status and schedules.
Ensure all reports and operational data are submitted accurately and on time.
Arrange and deploy staff movement across activities as operational needs require.
Enforce strict compliance with warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy within the hub.
Achieve 100% KPI performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the superior
