If you want to advance your career and contribute to our vision of creating healthier communities, now and for generations to come, we want you to be a part of our team.

Job Summary

This is a highly visible leadership role with the scale and influence to shape cardiovascular care across both the Southeast and Pearland campuses. The Director will have direct accountability for cath lab, non-invasive cardiology, and cardiac rehabilitation, while also leading service-line strategy, program planning, growth, and physician relations.
Unlike a traditional single-site director role, this position offers the opportunity to lead two distinct programs, create greater alignment, and build a consistent cardiovascular experience across campuses. This role offers the best of both campus and system leadership. The director will work closely with local teams and physicians while leveraging the resources, expertise, and strategic reach of a larger health system. Serving two campuses provides variety, scale, and the opportunity to expand cardiovascular access for communities in the southeast Houston region.

Ideal candidate must have the following credentials:

• Registered Nurse with an active license to practice in the State of Texas
• Minimum of ten years of cardiovascular experience
• Clinical and/or operational experience encompassing cardiac catheterization, pre-operative care, post-anesthesia care, and non-invasive cardiology
