- Coordinate and follow up on site inspection requests from clients and business partners.
- Develop personalized itineraries based on each visitor’s profile, interests, and objectives.
- Coordinate with the appropriate hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience throughout the visit.
- Confirm availability of showrooms, guest rooms, restaurants, event venues, and other areas to be presented.
- Ensure all facilities are in excellent condition and meet the hotel’s presentation and luxury service standards.
- Manage changes, special requests, and last-minute requirements in a timely and professional manner.

The Site Inspection Executive is responsible for coordinating and conducting site inspections for clients, travel agencies, meeting planners, corporate accounts, event organizers, and business partners, ensuring a highly personalized experience that reflects the hotel’s luxury service standards.
This position is responsible for strategically presenting the hotel’s accommodations, dining outlets, event venues, facilities, and experiences while identifying client needs, strengthening commercial relationships, and supporting business conversion opportunities.
