Lead AI and ML development initiatives, managing teams and driving innovations in machine learning models and algorithms.

· 15+ years of experience in Conversational AI, with at least 4–5 Dialogflow CX , Playbook,projects delivered end-to-end.

· Proven experience in Dialogflow CX / ES, CCAI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools.

· Hands-on proficiency in NLP model customization, intent classification, and entity extraction.

· Experience integrating chat solutions with REST APIs, databases, and third-party systems.

· Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and API gateway design.

· Familiarity with JSON, Node.js, Python, or Java for scripting, integration, and backend extensions.

· Ability to perform manual and automated testing of conversational flows.

· Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and leadership experience in guiding developers and testers.
