The role of the Manufacturing Specialist is primarily to load wafers into production equipment, verify product specs with equipment settings, monitor the equipment as it operates, monitor the process pace/productivity, and recognize when something is out of adjustment.
Day Shift 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday, 6:30 AM-7:00 PM
Day shift 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday, 6:30 AM-7:00 PM
Night shift 2: Wednesday, Thurs, Friday, e/o Saturday, 6:30 PM-7:00 AM, 15% night shift differential
Night Shift 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday 6:30 PM-7:00 AM 15% night shift differential
Sign-on bonus: $1,500
Sign-On Bonus: Subject to your commencing employment with us, you will also be eligible to receive a sign-on award in the gross amount of $1,500.00, which will be paid in 4 quarterly payments of $375 each (subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions). The first payment is payable within the first 30 days of you joining onsemi and quarterly thereafter for 3 additional payments. You must be an active employee with onsemi to receive these sign-on awards. In addition, if your employment is terminated with onsemi for any reason, the sign-on award(s) received as of the date of your termination do not need to be repaid to onsemi.
