Position Summary
- Lead and execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities across new graduate, mid-career, disability, and early talent hiring to support business growth and workforce planning objectives.
- Beyond recruitment, this role plays an important part in shaping the employee experience through onboarding, retention, employee engagement, and HR initiatives. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to HR operations and business partnering activities, creating a strong foundation for future growth into an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.
- This position offers frequent collaboration with business leaders, hiring managers, and Global/APAC HR teams in a dynamic and international environment.
