The Senior Strategic Planner wi l serve as the analytical and strategic lead for our diverse corporate real
estate portfolio. This role requires an expert analyst who can transform complex, disparate occupancy
and headcount data into clear, actionable utilization insights across both traditional office environments
and complex, non-traditional operational spaces. You wi l be instrumental in building predictive
forecasting models and establishing new operational processes that proactively alert clients to future
space needs before they arise.
Acting as a key technical partner within the organization, this individual wi l work hand-in-hand with
Senior Planners—acting as their dedicated data consultant to aid their planning projects, validate space
options with hard metrics, and solve complex analytical questions. Beyond analyzing the numbers, you
wi l design ongoing reporting frameworks and recommend data-driven space usage policies that shape
the future of our entire real esta
