Failure Analysis Engineer Junior

- Provádět elektrické analýzy pro podporu externích zákazníků, kvalifikaci nových produktů a řešení zákaznických reklamací v oblasti automotive
- Pracovat s laboratorními měřicími systémy – měřit elektrické parametry polovodičových součástek a hledat příčiny jejich selhání
- Připravovat vzorky pro analýzu: dekapsulace, odbrušování vrstev, příprava modulů
- Lokalizovat poruchy pomocí pokročilých metod, jako jsou OBIRCH, PEM, LIT
- Provádět detailní kontrolu vadných oblastí pomocí špičkových technik: SAT, SEM, FIB, TEM
- Spolupracovat s vývojem, kvalitou i výrobou na identifikaci a odstranění příčin poruch
