We are looking for a talented Maintenance Leader to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our CDBS (Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems) location at York, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

Drive Predictive Reliability: Leverage manufacturing prognostics, advanced analytics, and real-time equipment data to anticipate failures, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve operational performance.
Lead Strategic Projects: Manage capital and operational projects by balancing scope, schedule, and resources to deliver measurable business results and sustainable improvements.
Optimize Maintenance Performance: Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies using equipment data and maintenance records to improve reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Extract meaningful insights through data mining, visualization, and trend analysis to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support informed decision-making.
Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to align priorities, resolve challenges, and achieve shared manufacturing objectives.
Build and Develop High-Performing Teams: Foster an inclusive team environment that values diverse perspectives, develops talent, and empowers employees to contribute at their highest potential.
Champion Safety and Operational Excellence: Model proactive health and safety behaviors while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety, quality, and efficiency.
Balance Priorities and Stakeholder Needs: Plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, ensuring commitments are met while adapting to changing business and operational requirements.
