As part of our Surgery business you will join a high-performing, collaborative, and customer‑focused team dedicated to advancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties in MedTech. This field-based role covers the German-speaking region of Switzerland, working closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class solutions that help transform patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to achieve sales targets within the Biosurgery portfolio
- Provide comprehensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and application in surgery
- Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing product lines
- Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers
- Grow market share in the portfolio across the German-speaking region of Switzerland
- Ensure high-quality clinical and technical support for surgeons during product use
- Increase customer satisfaction through strong partnership, training, and service excellence
Qualifications – Required
- University degree (Uni/FH)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment
- Experience specifically in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, CV and/or surgery
- Fluent German and English language
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A self‑driven, solution‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows
