ProsperOps is seeking a Manager of Digital & Demand Gen to own our largest always-on growth surface: our website, search presence, and campaigns that put our product and content in front of buyers. This is a builder's role with real autonomy and real scope. You will own prosperops.com, our SEO and AEO strategy, paid and organic distribution, and support partner co-marketing. You will also work alongside a set of AI agents that already handle site monitoring and hygiene, so your hours go to strategy, experimentation, and growth instead of maintenance. This position reports to our Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Website. Own prosperops.com: roadmap, page architecture, conversion paths, technical health, and publishing.
- SEO and AEO/AIO. Own how buyers find us, in classic search and in AI answers. Grow non-brand rankings, structure content to be cited by AI Overviews and assistants, and defend the vocabulary we created, including Effective Savings Rate.
- Content distribution, paid and organic. Put our content in front of the right buyers through paid search, paid social, syndication, email, and organic channels. Own the mix, the tactics, and analysis of channel performance.
- Partner digital marketing. Build campaign templates partners can actually run: email, landing pages, ad creative, and nurture—packaged for partner use and scaled across our partner network.
- Tracking and measurement. Own Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and the analytics stack. Maintain accurate and up-to-date attribution data in Hubspot, from first click to closed won.
- Competitive presence in search. Manage brand and non-brand search, build comparison and alternatives pages buyers actually search for, and keep our third-party profiles accurate. Competitors who bid on our name; this is where we answer.
- Positioning in the Flexera era. Tell the ProsperOps story alongside Flexera clearly, across a broader product portfolio and wider FinOps conversations, and answer the questions buyers are already typing into search.
- AI leverage. Orchestrate agents that run our tag verification, site audits, and site fixes, and extend them. We are hiring for judgment and strategy, not manual hygiene.
Requirements
- 4+ years in demand generation, growth, digital, or performance marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, or at an agency serving them
- Hands-on ownership of a B2B website
- SEO results you can substantiate: what you inherited, what you changed, and results
- Paid media experience across search and social with budget accountability
- Fluent in HubSpot; working command of GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or similar, and Google Tag Manager
- Able to analyze your own performance data and change course based on what it says, including when it disagrees with you
- Cloud infrastructure or FinOps knowledge, or the curiosity and speed to get there quickly
- Using AI in your daily workflow, with a real opinion about where it helps and where it does not
Preferred: WordPress, AEO/AIO or LLM visibility work, partner and channel co-marketing, experimentation tooling, and enough SQL to answer your own questions from the CRM.
