About the Role:
This role drives advertiser impact through bespoke media solutions and maximised revenue opportunities, and strengthens sales efficiency through robust pipeline management. The individual will create compelling narratives tailored to advertiser brand's marketing objectives to unlock unique value and drive impactful campaign performance. They will partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams to simplify complex products and capabilities into persuasive advertiser propositions.
Custom Media Solutions & Strategic Positioning
- Assess advertiser marketing objectives and develop tailored media and sales solutions aligned with advertiser goals.
- Develop custom creative solutions and high-impact pitch decks that highlight brand-specific narratives.
- Benchmark capabilities against competitors to win share of wallet across key digital ecosystems.
- Partner with Sales teams to drive up spend and increase deal ticket sizes for existing client accounts as well as win new opportunities.
Sales Motion & Pipeline Strategy
- Optimize overall sales efficiency through rigorous pipeline management, deal tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
- Gather continuous insights from client and agency interactions to identify emerging market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Steward end-to-end active sales engagement with key advertiser accounts throughout pre-campaign planning, live execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Client Engagement & Market Growth
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and build creative effectiveness stories to showcase campaign impact.
- Leverage ongoing client feedback to refine strategic pitching frameworks and personalize solution recommendations
- Catalyze category expansion by making deeper inroads into emerging verticals and growing market presence.

Preferred Education & Experience
- MBA from a premier institute.
- 7-10 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, Ad Sales Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Brand Strategy, or Media Planning.
- Experience in Digital Advertising, Media, OTT, Technology Platforms, or Advertising Sales ecosystems preferred
- Prior experience in management consulting firms, media strategy teams, advertising platforms, or high-growth digital businesses.
