Essential Skills
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR process) & modules like ESS, MSS & Workforce Administration
- Proficient in PeopleTools (8.5X & above)
- Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Security Administrator, Data Mover, Workflow, PS Query, PS Job Processes, Data Migration Activity
- Experience/Knowledge of new PeopleSoft Features like Event Mapping, Page and Field Configurator, Activity Guides and Drop-zones
- Experience of Peoplesoft Security system
- Experience of PUM Image Upgrades
- Reporting tools like SQR, BI Publisher.
- Managing team & stakeholder’s expectations.
- Experience in Peer Code review and Quality processes.
- Self-driven, ability to work independently
- Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
