The Compliance Research Analyst is responsible for researching and analyzing subscriber accounts,
identifying products misuse, and strategizing ways to recover loss revenue and ensure online product security
compliance. This person proactively researches small and large groups, works with Field, Inside and National
Accounts sales and support teams and identifies opportunities to increase sales, security compliance and
customer retention. The role will collaborate with sales and support teams to promote customer compliance
beginning at the point of sale and maintaining throughout the life of the customer. This person must be able
to work well in a team environment to pursue performance excellence through shared goals, collaboration,
open communication, and a strong sense of accountability. This position will report to the Compliance
Manager.
