SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Ability to speak, write and read in English.
- Six (6) months’ customer service experience.
- Six (6) months food and beverage knowledge.
- Flexible scheduling availability.
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must have basic knowledge on food and beverage preparations, service standards, Hilton quality assurance standards, guest relations etiquette.
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items
- Ability to read, speak and write the English language in order to communicate with guest
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis • Ability to move or push goods on hand cart weighing up to 100 or more lbs.
- Ability to operate coffee brewers, tea brewers, panini pressers and toast equipment

Position Purpose:
Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure
total guest satisfaction and to deliver service of food and beverage items in a friendly, courteous and timely
manner resulting in guest satisfaction.
