What You’ll Do:

Our geotechnical practitioners work collaboratively to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients and communities on unique projects Nationally and Globally. As an intermediate geotechnical engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the design, analysis, and construction of all types of infrastructure, dams, and mining projects across Canada.
• Carry out complex numerical analysis using state of the practice software (FLAC 2D/3D, PLAXIS 2D/3D, etc.)
• Work with geotechnical-focused and multidisciplinary project teams, commensurate with your experience and capabilities.
• Mentor colleagues across a breadth of experience fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
• Contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and market expansion initiatives.
• Drive innovation by leading or contributing to digitization initiatives, advanced numerical modeling, market research, and the development of emerging technologies, with a focus on climate change adaptation, risk, and liability reduction.
