Product Manager - Building and Construction Services

The Product Manager leads the definition and execution of roadmap priorities by partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and external industry stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong market knowledge of building products and construction systems, disciplined P&L and margin management, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable, revenue‑producing programs delivered through cross‑functional leadership.
The Built Environment Product Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through revenue‑generating service initiatives within UL Solutions Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) portfolio for the North American building products and construction materials market. This role owns the end‑to‑end product strategy and multi‑year roadmap, from opportunity identification and business case development through commercialization and lifecycle optimization.
