Manager, Transmission & Distribution Asset Management

Basic Purpose Leads the transmission and distribution asset performance and investment management team to ensure the planning, engineering and operation teams can make data driven decisions regarding system improvement and properly balance spending. May act as witness for general rate cases regarding T&D programs. Supports cross platform collaboration on asset management initiatives.

Oversees and reports on data quality for managed assets. Develops, utilizes, and publishes criticality, health, and risk matrixes for managed assets. Reviews, reports, and utilizes outage information to define and propose scope of improvement to equipment and system reliability.

Makes recommendations to improve the company’s inspection and monitoring programs. Collaborates and publishes an annual reliability improvement plan and risk management plan. NV Energy is looking for qualified people to join us in one of the premier energy companies in the West.
