INSEAD is seeking a Senior Manager, B2B Marketing, to join our Marketing & Recruitment department. This is a full-time, temporary contract position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home. 

The Marketing & Recruitment department at INSEAD drives global outreach to attract top talent for the school's programs. It develops strategic marketing initiatives and recruitment efforts to engage prospective students and strengthen INSEAD’s brand presence worldwide.

About the job

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing and Product Strategy, the job holder will work closely with the senior leadership and corporate partnership & recruitment teams, to reinforce the brand and positioning of Executive Education and drive B2B marketing strategy that supports the growth of revenue for Executive Education.

Your role within the team

Build & Lead B2B & Account Based Marketing Strategy Globally:

• Develop and execute a targeted B2B marketing strategy for high-value accounts in collaboration with corporate partnership and OEP B2B senior leader team that generate leads, nurture relationships, and accelerate conversions that support revenue growth for Executive Education.
• Leverage campaign insights and data to refine outreach strategies and improve impact.

Lead Brand Awareness Campaigns & Positioning of Executive Education:

• Lead communication efforts that highlight key messaging and positioning of the executive education brand to key audiences including corporates, prospective and past participants and prospects.
• Client and Organization Success Storytelling:
  • Build strong relationships with clients to uncover success stories that highlight INSEAD’s transformative impact. 
  • Develop tailored content, including case studies, videos, and testimonials, to showcase results and inspire decision-makers.

Develop Digital and Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute a strong digital strategy across INSEAD Executive Education's social media platforms to promote Executive Education.
• Leverage analytics to monitor, optimize and report on performance.

Build Communication Strategy of EDP Flagship events:

• Lead the communications strategy for significant EDP/B2B events including the Learning@INSEAD Summit across our 4 locations (flagship Executive Education event for B2B/Corporate communications, focusing on thought leadership and key USPs).

The ideal candidate profile 

• Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 8+ years in marketing and/or communications (B2B is a plus), with proven expertise in copywriting and content strategy, and preferably account-based marketing.

• Experienced user of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and CMS systems (e.g., WordPress).

• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: able to manage complex, cross-team initiatives.

• Influential Communicator and Collaborator: able to engage and align diverse internal and external stakeholders, incl. leadership, partners, & client-facing teams.

• Ability to lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, align campaign with broader business goals and drive measurable impact.

• Adept at working closely with senior leadership to shape marketing initiatives supporting revenue growth.
