Landscaping Contractor

Responsible for overseeing and maintaining hospital landscaping, gardens, irrigation systems, and grounds to ensure a safe, attractive, and functional environment. Conducts site inspections, supervises contractors, ensures compliance with landscaping standards and contracts, coordinates maintenance activities, manages landscaping projects and budgets, responds to CAFM requests, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external authorities to support high-quality landscaping services across the facility.
