Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding processes for new starters and contractors.
- Maintain site documentation, organise records, and coordinate uniform orders.
- Plan and arrange travel and accommodation for site personnel.
- Assist with site logistics, supplies, and expense tracking.
- Monitor and report safety compliance, ensuring alignment with standards.
- Support daily site operations, liaising with teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Prepare and submit reports to the management team as required.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous administration experience, ideally in mining or resources.
- Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficiency in office software and data management systems.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive on dirt roads.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
