1.A. PIM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant with a strong background in delivering PIM-enabled business transformation projects. As the ideal candidate, your role will be to lead workshops to define product taxonomy, data models, attribute framework, hierarchies and workflows. You will also act as a strategic advisor, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, defining transformative roadmaps, and managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions across diverse industries.

This role requires the candidate to be well versed with solution designing, providing advisory on PIM strategies, possess technical expertise and good communication skills to participate in business discussions.

• Leading workshops to define product taxonomy, data models, attribute frameworks and hierarchies and workflows.

1.B Data Migration Consultant should have a strong background in Data Transformation and Data Migration. As the ideal candidate your role will be to support customer in their data transformation journey by implementing across Data Management solutions covering Data Migrations. You will also act as a strategic advisor, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value, defining transformative roadmaps, and managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions across diverse industries.

This role requires hands on and well versed with solutions, technical expertise and good communication skills to participate in business discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional consulting activities in advisory & implementation projects with a focus on Data Migration and Data Quality.
• Be the link between business, the project manager, and functional/technical consultants about data migration and data quality.
• Assess technical landscape, source systems, applications & technical artifacts, and recommend Strategy for Data Migration & Data Quality Improvement.
• Contribute to the development of the migration rules, documenting these rules, developing user test cases for migration test runs, testing the rules during the migration runs.
• Collect and formulate business requirements via interviews and user discussions.
• Support the business in all questions related to migration; of analyzing and preparing the data, in extracting the data, in transforming the data, in validation of the migration, in verifying data in the target system.

2. ARTWORK AND LABELING

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Analyst / Consultant to support the design and delivery of technology-enabled transformation initiatives for our clients. This role focuses on analysing business processes, defining digital requirements, and implementing systems that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and governance.

In addition, the role will support digitalisation initiatives within Artwork and Labelling Management processes, including workflow automation, document control, regulatory compliance, and system implementation (i.e., Artwork Management Systems and related platforms).

This role is well‑suited for professionals who possess IT and engineering consulting foundations, paired with an interest or background in regulated documentation environments such as packaging artwork, labelling, or product information management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and digital opportunities
• Conduct current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) process analysis
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories
• Support selection, design, and implementation of digital solutions (workflow systems, ERP, PLM, cloud platforms, automation tools, analytics)
• Configure, test, and deploy systems (SIT/UAT support)
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive presentations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Packaging, Supply Chain) and recommend improvements for efficiency, compliance, and traceability
• Contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of artwork & labeling platforms (e.g., Esko, Loftware, TEKLYNX, BARTENDER)
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration requirements
• Support integration discussions with upstream/downstream systems such as PLM, ERP, RIM, QM (SAP, Siemens, PTC, Dassault etc.)
• Support SIT / UAT planning, execution, defect analysis, and sign‑off activities as part of implementation cycles
• Validate end‑to‑end artwork & labeling workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Assist project managers with tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Support preparation of business development materials including proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and solution documents
• Assist in scoping projects and effort estimation to determine realistic project schedules and budgets
• Prepare client case studies and success stories to demonstrate value delivered to client.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA are highly desirable

Experience

• 3 to 6 years in IT consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, or system implementation roles
• Experience working on cross-functional technology or process improvement projects
• Exposure to enterprise platforms (ERP, PLM, workflow tools, cloud systems, automation solutions)

Technical Skills

• Requirements gathering & stakeholder facilitation : Gather, analyse, and validate business and system requirements through workshops and interviews
• Process mapping (BPMN/Visio or equivalent) : Document as-is/to-be workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Business analysis & functional documentation : Develop business requirement documentations, functional specifications, and user stories to guide solution delivery

3. MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE

Role Description:

• Possesses deep knowledge in Master Data Governance and all aspects of Material Master object
• Demonstrates functional experience with the SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) application, including configuration and development
• Deep understanding in customization of Material Master fields and tables
• Responsible for requirements gathering and translate into functional design specifications
• Prepare business process design, conduct detail design review, perform configuration setup in client development and test environment
• Support WRICEF development and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines
• Lead and guide teams to ensure overall successful delivery of the defined solution
• Coordinate with cross functional teams impacting the area of expertise to ensure appropriate resolutions.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in SAP MDG 8.0, 9.0 and/or 9.2 and S/4 HANA MM module
• Expertise in Implementation of SAP MDG Solution for master data objects like Material, Vendor, etc. including:
• Data Model Enhancement, Data Transfer (DIF/DEF), Data Replication Framework (DRF), Business Rules Framework plus (BRF+)
• Experience in configuring rule-based Workflow, integrating business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance.
• User interface modelling (Value restriction, Data quality, Validation and Derivation rules).
• Process Modelling (Entity, Business Activity change, Request type, Workflow, Data replication techniques, ALE connection, Key & value mapping, Data transfer, Convert master data).
• Expert knowledge in activation and configuration of the MDG-M module & its components.

     Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG-BP solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and translate them into functional designs.

• Strong understanding of SAP Business Partner (BP) concepts and their integration with Customer (KNA1) and Vendor (LFA1) objects.
• Hands-on experience in:

• MDG Data Modeling and Governance Framework

Job Qualifications:

• Experience required:7+ Years
• Design and configure SAP Product lifecycle management (PLM) modules- Specification Management, Recipe Development, Labeling, Document Management (DMS), Bill of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Management (ECM).
• Integrate SAP PLM with other SAP modules (like MM, PP, QM) and third-party systems, including CAD tools (e.g., SAP ECTR).
• Knowledge on Idoc , BAPI, BADI, Workflows, WWI reports
• Sound knowledge on overall Product lifecycle management process
• Conduct workshops and work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

As a Product Compliance Engineering Consultant, you will work closely with the Manager and Senior Manager to define and deliver in the areas of HSE & Product Compliance Diagnostics & Enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver in Product Safety & Stewardship/ Compliance Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients
• Develop relevant assets, offerings in Product Compliance areas and liase with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings
