The Practice - A Brief Sketch
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice works with clients across their marketing, sales and service functions. As part of the team, you will combine business strategy, experience design, data, AI and technology to transform customer-facing operations. Our work helps clients improve growth, productivity and customer experience by redesigning strategies, processes, operating models and technology-enabled capabilities.
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Manager to lead our multi-platform GenAI-powered marketing strategy initiatives, driving enterprise-wide transformation for clients through the integration of agentic AI capabilities and future-fit marketing operating models. This role demands deep expertise in MarTech and AI/Gen AI strategy, paired with a passion for shaping the future of intelligent marketing organizations. You will bring together the best of leading agentic suites, cloud technologies, and AI/GenAI capabilities to architect next-gen marketing ecosystems for global enterprises. The GenAI & Agentic Marketing Senior Manager position sits within the Marketing Transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. The individual will work with global clients across BFSI, healthcare, IT services and consumer/FMCG sectors, combining deep marketing expertise with Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities to shape AI-native marketing strategies, operating models and scalable campaign ecosystems.
You will act as a thought leader, trusted advisor, and transformation strategist, working closely with solution architects, Data & AI teams, platform and ecosystem SMEs, and client stakeholders to deliver end-to-end value — from strategy to execution and build strong relationships to foster new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI-led marketing transformation: Assess current-state marketing capabilities, identify value pools and define the target-state vision, roadmap, business case, operating model, governance and change agenda. Lead, Coach and build cross functional teams to embed leading AI/GenAI platform capabilities into core ways of working across marketing services.
Reimagine end-to-end marketing workflows: Embed GenAI and agentic workflows across value-proposition development, campaign planning, content creation, channel activation, analytics and optimization. Build strong client relationships, influencing decision-making and guiding clients through digital transformation in marketing.
Design agentic marketing solutions: Define intelligent agents and agent-to-agent workflows for research, audience insight, campaign design, content, quality checks, personalization, lead management and measurement. Develop offerings and client solutions that align with the broader platform ecosystem, ensuring they meet client needs while integrating AI-powered marketing strategies.
Build AI-driven ABM and campaign ecosystems: Create account prioritization, customized research, messaging, campaign programs and orchestration models that improve engagement, conversion and customer experience.
Develop industry-specific AI frameworks: Translate regulatory sensitivities, customer and advisor journeys, and domain requirements into practical AI-enabled marketing strategies and operating models.
Drive full-funnel orchestration: Connect CRM, marketing automation, data and AI capabilities to create continuous insight-led growth loops, dynamic lead scoring and real-time journey prioritization. Guide clients through the design and implementation of future-fit marketing organization blueprints, enabling them to leverage cutting-edge technology and AI.
Shape use-case portfolios and value realization: Prioritize GenAI use cases, quantify revenue, productivity and customer-experience impact, define KPIs, launch pilots and establish pathways to scale.
Define responsible AI and governance: Establish human-in-the-loop controls and standards for privacy, security, intellectual property, content quality, bias, risk management and performance monitoring.
Advise on the GenAI and MarTech ecosystem: Evaluate platforms, tools, vendors, data readiness and integration options, working closely with technology, data, security and architecture teams. Lead strategic assessments of current marketing capabilities and define GenAI-led reinvention roadmaps, future operating models, future-fit capabilities and process designs.
Lead partner-led go-to-market and solution co-creation: Collaborate with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners to develop joint propositions, integrated GTM plans, reusable assets and sponsored solution opportunities. Drive consultative selling and engagement with clients, identifying opportunities to bring leading Gen AI platform solutions to solve their marketing challenges.
Lead global marketing programs and centers of excellence: Build multidisciplinary teams across content, campaign management, digital analytics and operations, driving quality, adoption and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with solution architects, Data & AI teams, and platform/ecosystem SMEs to design and implement comprehensive, scalable marketing solutions. Drive client leadership and practice growth: Manage senior stakeholders, teams and delivery while contributing to proposals, solutioning, estimation, thought leadership, training and capability development. Lead the development of transformation strategies by integrating multi-platform Gen AI and agentic marketing capabilities into client ecosystems.

Deep expertise across B2B marketing, product marketing, brand strategy, GTM planning, account-based marketing, campaign management and channel activation.
Ability to translate business opportunities into GenAI and agentic AI use cases, target-state processes, operating models and executable transformation roadmaps.
Strong understanding of marketing data, CRM, marketing automation, content supply chains, campaign orchestration, analytics and integration with AI platforms.
Ability to facilitate executive workshops, shape transformation narratives and communicate complex AI concepts in clear business language.
Strong commercial acumen, including business-case development, benefits realization, proposals, solutioning, estimation and engagement budgeting.
Working knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, intellectual-property considerations and human oversight for enterprise marketing use cases.
Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and storytelling skills, with a focus on measurable customer and business outcomes.
Ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams and establish effective relationships across clients, technology partners and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, technology or a related field.
12+ years of experience in marketing strategy, transformation, consulting or marketing operations, with demonstrated recent experience in GenAI and agentic AI-led marketing.
Proven experience leading GenAI-led led marketing transformation from strategy and operating-model design through implementation, adoption and scale.
Strong track record across B2B marketing, account-based marketing, product and brand strategy, GTM planning and integrated campaign ecosystems.
Experience designing full-funnel programs using CRM, marketing automation and data platforms, including lead scoring, journey orchestration and performance measurement.
Relevant industry experience across one or more of BFSI, healthcare/HealthTech, IT services and FMCG/consumer sectors.
Hands-on exposure to enterprise GenAI tools such as Google Gemini, Google AI Studio, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot or comparable platforms.
Experience working with senior client leaders, technology partners and global teams, including building or leading multidisciplinary marketing centers of excellence.
Solid understanding of change management methodologies, including the ability to lead clients through upskilling, transformation, and technology adoption.
Strong background in consulting and developing client-centric solutions, combining the best of technology, AI, and martech to address complex marketing challenges.
Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with technical teams (solution architects, Data & AI) and business teams to drive successful outcomes.
AI/GenAI certifications such as Azure AI Fundamentals, Copilot or agent-building learning, or equivalent credentials, are preferred.
