OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited has full spectrum of products and services in Consumer Banking that plays a unique position in the market to enable customers to manage their finance effectively. Digital is always the key focus of the bank in transforming the customer experience on many service touch points. The Bank places the focus on customer centric design on every digital solution to create seamless digital customer experience.
We are currently seeking professional to join our Digital Business team in our Consumer Financial Service Division.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Leadership
Define the experience and capability roadmap across onboarding, discovery, and platform engagement journeys.
Drive simplification and speed in digital onboarding processes for all consumer segment — while meeting in-country compliance standards
Shape discovery flows that allow customers to easily explore and activate products, services, and rewards — leading to deeper engagement.
Ensure consistency and responsiveness across every user touchpoint on the platform
Regulatory & Risk Management
Oversee all digital journeys and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements
Embed risk controls, audit trails, and proactive governance into onboarding and servicing workflows.
Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure readiness for inspections and digital product launches.
Lead or support incident reviews, regulatory responses, and mitigation planning related to digital channels.
Operational Excellence & Performance
Monitor and improve key funnel metrics: onboarding conversion, drop-off points, time-to-activate, rewards participation, compliance flags, etc.
Implement feedback loops, testing protocols, and continuous improvement across platform experiences.
Ensure strong operational processes around SLA management, vendor governance, and platform availability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
Act as the voice of onboarding, discovery, and regulatory UX within all platform and product design forums.
Partner deeply with Group Digital, Product, Engineering, UX, Legal & Compliance, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Operations.
Represent Platform Excellence in senior leadership discussions and strategy reviews for Hong Kong and Macau.
Team & Culture Building
Lead and grow a cross-functional team spanning product owners, delivery managers, designers, and risk specialists.
Drive a culture of customer-centricity, compliance-first thinking, and continuous learning.
Ensure the team has clear priorities, business OKRs, and career development pathways.
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, platform operations, or digital onboarding
Deep knowledge of Hong Kong’s regulatory environment and customer due diligence standards
Proven success in improving digital onboarding flows, engagement metrics, or platform usability
Experience working across legal, compliance, product, tech, and design functions
Strong familiarity with digital rewards, gamification, feature discovery, and channel adoption strategies
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Track record of leading transformation across multi-country or regional platforms a plus
