Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  •  매장 운영 전반 관리

  •  목표 매출 및 운영 지표 관리

  •  고객 응대 및 CS 이슈 대응

  •  직원 채용, 교육 및 근태 관리

  •  상품 입출고 및 재고 관리

  •  본사 정책 및 SOP 운영 관리

  •  시즌별 행사, 프로모션 및 디스플레이(VMD) 운영

  •  오픈런 및 한정판 판매 관련 대기 고객 현장 운영

  •  매장 운영 이슈 예방 및 리스크 관리

  •  백화점 및 외부 파트너사 커뮤니케이션

Experience Requirements

  • 오프라인 매장 운영 경험 보유

  • 백화점 및 복합몰 운영 경험 보유

Desired Skillset

  • 팀 운영 및 인력 관리 가능자

  • 고객 서비스 및 CS 대응 가능자

  • 재고 및 운영 데이터 관리 가능자

  • VMD, 행사 운영 및 신규 매장 오픈 경험 보유

  • 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 가능자

  • 책임감 있는 업무 수행 및 현장 대응 가능자

  • 스케줄 근무 및 주말 근무 가능자

  • 캐릭터, 아트토이 및 라이프스타일 브랜드에 대한 이해도 보유

Additional Skill & Language ability

  • 중국어 또는 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대
