Job Description

UOB Innovation Hub 2 is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, we are expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition.

UOB Innovation Hub 2 Tech Protégé Programme

This programme is designed for curious problem-solvers who want to kick-start their careers in technology and make an impact from day one.
 

As a Tech Protégé, you will work alongside experienced technology professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain hands-on experience with the platforms and systems that power modern banking. You'll be exposed to large-scale technology environments and learn how innovative solutions are built, delivered, and supported in a fast-moving industry.
 

Depending on your placement, you may have opportunities to explore areas such as Core Banking, Cards, Payments, Customer Onboarding, Finance, Accounting & Reporting, and other enterprise technology platforms.

If you're passionate about technology, eager to learn, and excited by solving real-world challenges, this programme is for you.

Who We're Looking For

• Recent Bachelor's degree graduates, or professionals with less than two years of relevant work experience.

• Background in technology, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
