Success in this role will enable a long-term, sustainable pathway for WeaveGrid’s growth. This role will report to the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Market Development and work closely with the business development and the utility solutions team members supporting the region(s).

You have a deep sense of the needs and hurdles faced by a wide range of stakeholders that engage with the policies and regulations that impact our electric grid’s current operations and priorities for modernization. You thrive on the nitty-gritty world of policy and regulatory affairs because you’ve seen how it ultimately shapes and creates real change in our markets.

You bring a process-driven approach to your work day-to-day and a well-organized communication style. You know how to translate key details in a complex policy, filing, or other proceedings into actionable recommendations for our team. You’ve enjoyed working in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth company that thrives on a collaborative attitude, both internally and externally.
