ABOUT THE ROLE

As Product Stewardship & Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will help ensure that our products meet applicable chemical regulations and safety requirements throughout their lifecycle.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with chemical regulations in Europe and Asia.
Manage regulatory registrations, notifications, and reporting obligations.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on products, materials, and business activities.
Advise internal teams and customers on chemical regulatory and product stewardship topics.
Prepare, review, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS), product labels, and hazard classifications, including dangerous goods requirements.
Support and coordinate the approval of new products and the introduction of new materials.
Work closely with internal stakeholders in a global matrix organization, including R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales.
Represent the company in relevant industry associations and external regulatory forums.
Collaborate with global colleagues and contribute to consistent product stewardship standards across regions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a comparable scientific discipline.
Professional experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, or chemical regulatory compliance.
Sound knowledge of chemical regulations, registration requirements, and hazard communication.
Experience with Safety Data Sheets, labeling, hazard classification, and dangerous goods topics.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Asia, especially Vietnam, China, Korea is a strong advantage.
Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Confident use of SAP and other relevant digital systems.
Experience working in a global matrix organization is an advantage.
A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented working style.
