The Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be at the center of our sales organization, helping transform data into business insights, streamline processes, and enable high-performing sales teams to achieve their goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Success in this role comes from combining analytical thinking, strong business acumen, and a results-driven mindset while supporting initiatives that enhance sales productivity and customer experience.

Here's Where You Come In

• Drive sales operations activities including pipeline management, sales performance reporting, forecasting support, and process governance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into business performance and sales productivity.
• Partner closely with sales leaders, vendor management teams, finance, and customer support to optimize operational workflows and resolve business challenges.
• Analyze sales trends, customer activity, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Support sales enablement initiatives by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining reporting tools, and improving operational efficiency across the sales lifecycle.
• Assist in the execution and administration of sales incentive programs, performance tracking, and operational best practices.

You Might Be a Great Fit If

• You have experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Reporting, or a related commercial support function.
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with CRM systems, reporting platforms, and large datasets.
• You have a proven ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• You demonstrate ownership, accountability, and sound judgment when managing priorities and solving operational challenges.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
