Sales Effectiveness Specialist

As a Sales Effectiveness Specialist, you will support the Sales Effectiveness team by booking meetings, monitoring CRM reports, conducting quality assurance activities, and tracking KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monitoring and maintenance of the CRM reporting platform, ensuring data accuracy and preparing comprehensive analytical reports.
- Conduct quality assurance activities, including regular follow-ups on meetings and sales activities, verifying client interactions, and ensuring the accuracy of sales reports, particularly for large and enterprise accounts.
- Track KPIs for the sales team and individual agents, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
- Provide detailed reports and analysis to management, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement in sales quality.
- Provide training and support to Sales Quality Assurance Executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or a related field
- Strong analytical experience
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and extracting reports to support performance tracking and decision-making
Knowledge
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
