Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, HRIS/HRMS activities, and general affairs support.
You will work closely with employees, managers, Finance, IT, regional teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient HR and office operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End HR & Employee Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration from onboarding to offboarding.
- Administer employee attendance, leave, employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll administration and work closely with Finance and external payroll providers where applicable.
- Manage BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee insurance, and other employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, employee orientation, and internal setup.
- Support employee offboarding, including documentation, final administrative processes, and exit procedures.
- Respond to employee HR-related queries and provide timely support on day-to-day matters.
- Ensure HR documentation and employee records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Support compliance with applicable Indonesian employment regulations and company policies.
2. General Affairs & Office Operations
- Manage day-to-day general affairs and office administration to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate office supplies, facilities, equipment, employee office needs, and company assets.
- Manage relationships and coordination with office vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Support administration of access cards, parking, office access, and other workplace-related arrangements.
- Maintain records of company assets and support asset allocation and return processes.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and other facilities-related matters.
- Assist with office-related projects and activities as required.
3. HRIS/HRMS & Employee Support
- Manage day-to-day HRIS/HRMS administration and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain employee information throughout the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, transfers, changes, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure timely setup and deactivation of employee systems and access.
- Support recruitment administration and coordination, including interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding preparation.
- Work closely with managers, Finance, IT, regional HR teams, and external vendors to resolve HR and employee-related matters.
- Follow up on outstanding HR/GA actions and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support HR reporting and other HR projects as required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience, preferably with experience covering end-to-end HR operations and employee administration.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and practical HR operations.
- Experience handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee insurance, payroll administration, and employee benefits.
- Experience in General Affairs / office administration and working with external vendors is preferred.
- Experience using HRIS/HRMS and comfortable managing employee data and HR systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with good organizational and administrative skills.
- Able to manage multiple HR and GA priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders, including employees, managers, Finance, IT, regional teams, and external vendors.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good working proficiency in English.
